Physician Assistant
Carly is a board certified physician assistant who graduated with a Masters Degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Stephens College in Columbia, Missouri. At Healing Grace, she manages many acute and chronic medical conditions, and enjoys educating patients in preventive medical strategies.

Deborah L. Kerber, O.D.
Optometrist
Dr. Kerber is Board Certified by the American Board of Optometry. She earned her degree from the University of Missouri College of Optometry in 1992. Dr. Kerber is an optometrist who strives to serve her patients, develop her skills and share her knowledge. She is honored by her peers for her achievements and contributions. Dr. Kerber also works to help her family, community, and country in other ways.
Josephine Glaser, M.D.
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Glaser graduated from the University of Missouri Columbia-School of Medicine. She completed her Family Medicine residency at the University of Kentucky. She has a passion for mentoring students and residents in faith and medicine integration. She serves as Co-Chair of the Christian Medical and Dental Associations in St. Louis. Dr. Glaser specializes in Family Medicine, with a focus on providing whole person integrated preventative care and chronic disease care management to assist individuals achieve their best health. She currently works for Dedicated Senior Medical Center, a family-owned primary and specialty care practice committed to delivering superior healthcare to Medicare-eligible seniors.
Anne Jacob, M.D.
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Jacob graduated from Christian Medical College Ludhiana in 1981. She completed her residency at Mayo School of Graduate Medical Education. She specializes in family medicine and is currently working for Dedicated Senior Medical Center in St. Louis.
Leah Swartwout, M.D.
Primary Care Physician
Dr. Swartwout received her medical degree from Saint Louis University School of Medicine. She completed her internship and residency in Family Medicine at Mercy Hospital, where she also served as the chief medical resident. Dr.Swartwout is board certified in Family Medicine and has special interests in preventive medicine and chronic disease care management.
Peri Pepmueller, M.D.
Rheumatologist
Dr. Pepmueller graduated from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine. She completed her residency in Internal Medicine and Pediatrics at The University of Missouri - Kansas City and Fellowship in Adult and Pediatric Rheumatology at The University of Missouri - Columbia. She retired from Saint Louis University in 2019. Prior to retirement, she was board certified in Adult and Pediatric Rheumatology. She strongly believes in the importance of compassionate, patient-centered care.
